Shotgun Sports Earns Team Championship at Wildcat Open
Wayne, NE – The Hastings College shotgun sports team picked up the victory at the Wildcat Open with a HOA score of 1366 this past weekend.
Wayne, NE – The Hastings College shotgun sports team picked up the victory at the Wildcat Open with a HOA score of 1366 this past weekend.
Overall the Broncos won sporting clays with a score of 439 out of 500, skeet with a score of 475 out of 500 and doubles skeet with a score of 235 out of 250. Hastings went on to finish second in super sporting with a score of 233 out of 250 missing first place by one target.
Tanner Cobble led the way from a HOA standpoint by finishing second by hitting 276 targets out of 300. In sporting clays he connected on 89 out of 100, in doubles skeet he connected on 47 of 50 targets, in skeet he connected on 94 out of 100 targets and in super sporting he connected on 46 out of 100.
Wyatt Anderson finished right behind in third place Cobble with 275 targets out of 300. In Sporting Clays he connected on 87 out of 100 targets, in double skeet he connected on 48 out of 50 targets, in skeet he connected on 94 out of 100 and in super sporting he connected on 46 out of 100.
Jessica Hays was third HOA female with 257 targets out of 300. In sporting clays she connected on 85 out of 100 targets, in double skeet she hit 43 out of 50 targets, in skeet she connected on 94 of 100 targets and in super sporting she hit 35 out of 50 targets.
Tanner Dager was your male skeet champion hitting 98 out of 100 targets. Ty Parsons was the male sporting clays champion hitting 90 out of 100 targets. Tristin Duff was the male skeet doubles champion hitting 47 out of 50 targets
Jaylee Bradley was the female super sport champion hitting 44 out of 50 targets.
