(Hastings, NE) – Hastings College Athletic Director Chris Clements announced today that Harley Rhoades has been named as the head women’s volleyball coach for the Hastings Broncos.
(Kansas City, MO) – Women’s Volleyball academic honors have been announced for the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) today. Hastings had three players receive the CSC Academic All-District honor.
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The 2025 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women’s Volleyball All-Conference Team has been selected. Stella Winterfeld from Northwestern was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Player-of-the-Year.
(Fremont, NE) – The #19 Midland Warriors came back from two sets down in Hastings’ season finale to hand the Broncos the loss in five sets (17-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-12, 15-7).
(Omaha, NE) – The Hastings volleyball team took a 2-1 lead over the College of Saint Mary Flames, but were unable to close them out, as the Flames came back to win the fourth and fifth sets (25-23, 21-25, 25-22, 22-25, 14-16).
(Hastings, NE) – In their final home game of the season, Hastings made a great comeback effort against Mount Marty, but fell short in four sets (23-25, 13-25, 26-24, 19-25).
(Hastings, NE) – The women’s volleyball team toughed out a four-set win over Doane on Senior Day, winning 28-26, 25-18, 21-25, 29-27.
(Sioux City, IA) – Taking on Morningside in a conference road test, the Hastings Broncos lost in three sets (21-25, 19-25, 19-25).
(Hastings, NE) – In a matchup against #4 Concordia on Wednesday, the Broncos fell in three sets (14-25, 16-25, 18-25).
(Hastings, NE) – Following a straight set win over Dordt, Hastings was unable to replicate the outcome on Saturday, as Dakota Wesleyan defeated the Broncos, 3-0 (28-26, 27-25, 25-11).
(Hastings, NE) – The women’s volleyball team got back in the win column on Friday, knocking off Dordt in a three-set match that included a marathon second set (25-23, 34-32, 25-22).
(Forest City, IA) – The Hastings volleyball team dropped a back-and-forth five set match (23-25, 25-22, 25-23, 23-25, 12-15) at Waldorf on Saturday afternoon.
(Orange City, IA) – Taking on #7 Northwestern, who entered the game undefeated in conference play, Hastings came out strong in the first set, but Northwestern ultimately won the set and the match, 3-0 (26-24, 25-15, 25-19).
(Hastings, NE) – The women’s volleyball teams fell in four sets to the Briar Cliff Chargers on Saturday during Homecoming weekend (20-25, 25-21,19-25, 23-25).
(Seward, NE) – In a road battle versus #2-ranked Concordia, the Hastings women’s volleyball team fought hard, but fell 3-0 (19-25, 19-25, 15-25) on Wednesday night.
(Hastings, NE) – Looking to get back to .500 in conference play, the #17 Midland Warriors kept that from happening with a 3-0 defeat (25-11, 25-16, 25-20) over the Broncos on Saturday.
