Men's Cross Country Finishes 23rd at Greeno/Dirksen
(Lincoln, NE) – The men’s cross country team finished 23rd in their second race of the season at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite.

Senior Tatum Jelleberg led the way for the Broncos, finishing just outside the top 100 at 101 with a time of 27:14.613 in the 8000m race.
The second Bronco to cross the finish line was freshman Evan Struss at 178 with a time of 28:33.441. Junior Deshawn Burks finished close behind Struss, placing 194th with a time of 28:49.003.
Junior Tyler Salter was fourth among the Broncos, finishing 263rd with a time of 31:01.193. Junior Sam Wise concluded the Hastings' competitors, placing 314th with a time of 35:08.666.
Up next, Hastings will race at the Briar Cliff Open on Saturday, October 5th at 9am.
