Women’s Golf Takes 5th at York Invite
(York, NE) - The women’s golf team traveled to York Country Club to compete in the York University Fall Invite on Monday and Tuesday. The Lady Broncos placed fifth out of the six teams that attended the tournament.

Junior Tyesha Tynes took seventh place by shooting a combined total of +30 after the two rounds. Tynes had her best score in the first round with an 84. Sophomore Makayla Miller finished with +49
Sophomore Katelyn Tacha followed close behind with +50 along with junior Lindsey Warsnak, who finished with +51.
Sophomore Cassidy Noonan finished with +60 and freshman Abbie Winterbottom ended with +70.
Rounding out the team was junior Lily Sporleder, who shot +96, and sophomore Morgan Schulte, who ended the tournament with +126.
Next, the Lady Broncos travel to Fremont, NE to compete at the Nebraska Intercollegiate. The tournament will be held at Fremont Golf Course on Monday, October 6th.
