The marathon is currently classified as an emerging sport by the NAIA and was the stand-alone event for the third time this year. Dallas BMW offered 120 starting spots in its established race.
The Broncos will now turn their full attention to the indoor track season, which began at the UNK Pre-Holiday Classic this past Friday and will resume after winter break at the Doane Ward Haylett on Saturday, Jan. 10.
