Men's Golf Takes 9th at Seahawk Shootout
(West Palm Beach, FL) - The Hastings College Men’s Golf team traveled to Florida this Monday and Tuesday to compete at the Seahawk Shootout. The Broncos took ninth out of the 16 teams that attended with a total of +36 as a team.

Leading the team was senior Nicolas Silva shot +14, who finished at +7, to take 26th. He had his best two rounds in two and three with a +1 score in both. Sophomore Ryan Brady and senior Henry Kosmicki wrapped up the tournament +9 to finish 31st. Brady had a -2 in round two and Kosmicki had a -1 in round one for their best individual rounds.
Junior Max Nielsen finished the tournament at +18 and senior Ryker Dunkley finished with a +19 to round out the team score. Competing as individuals, sophomore Blake Eddy was 31st with a +9 and junior Josh Chapman was +14.
Next the Broncos travel to Silvis, IA to compete at the NAIA National Preview, which will be held at the TPC Deere Run on September 22-23.
